Renae Stigler - School Psychologist

Renae is the school psychologist at William Smith and holds a Doctorate in School Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. She grew up in southeastern South Dakota; farm raised, organic, free-range. In 2010, Renae moved to Colorado looking for adventure and found more than she expected: a husband and a stepson who keep her life exciting with all the outdoor activities Colorado offers (except climbing--she admires that one from afar). She believes that every child can learn, and creating a safe, supportive environment is key to their development. Relationships come first for Renae because they’re the foundation of effective learning and growth. She is very excited to be a part of the community of William Smith and supporting the well-being of our students.
