Becky was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and moved to Colorado when she was 5. She has always lived in the Aurora area except for living a year in Germany. Becky taught Elementary school for about 20 years and then worked as a support teacher for 8 years after that. This is her second year at William Smith and she loves working with high school students. Becky lives with her husband and 2 boys, age 13 and 17 and dog, Archie, who is spoiled rotten. She enjoys camping in the summer, time at the lake, and seeing family and friends.

Lisa was born in Southampton, New York and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico when she was 14. She attended the University of New Mexico for her BA and received her MA in Counseling from Webster University. Lisa has been a licensed professional school counselor for 21 years. Her favorite part about working at William Smith is building relationships with students, exploring opportunities and creating realistic plans for after high school. It’s a team effort at William Smith and all staff are invested in each student. Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew and two children. Her daughter Alexis lives in Aurora and graduated from CSU. Her son Nicholas attends Western Colorado University in Gunnison.Email: LSGONZALES@aurorak12.org

Jordan is a Colorado native who grew up in Commerce City. She is a Colorado State University alum with a B.A. in Sociology and received her MS in Organizational Leadership from CSU Global. Prior to joining Aurora Public School and College and Career Success team, she was an advisor for the TRIO program Educational Talent Search where she worked with first-generation and Pell-eligible students. "What I enjoy most about the work that I do is helping all students realize their potential and accomplish their goals."
